In some cases all that is required is advice and guidance on how to get started with a web or print project, but we are also asked manage the entire process through to completion on behalf of our clients. This may involve us interpreting client requirements, developing a job specification and tender, negotiating with tenderers, managing production and monitoring expenditure.
